In Marilleva everything is about skiing. No kidding. Marilleva - a quarter of Mezzana - was especially built for this purpose in the 1960ties. And you can see that straightaway! In Marilleva you don't find a lot of the traditional charm that characterizes most of the other villages of the Val di Sole Valley.
The buildings are made out of glass and concrete and don't really fit into the surrounding nature. But exactly those surroundings of Marilleva let you forget anything else. The wonderlands of Brenta Dolomites, Mt. Presanella and the Ortler-Cevedale mountain range are only a stone's throw away.
A modern ski station like Marilleva offers a lot of advantages. Marilleva has 2 ski centres: Marilleva 900 and Marilleva 1,400. The numbers mark the altitude and the holidaymakers can decide where to stay. From both centers you have connections to the skiing areas of Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio.
