Gourmet restaurants
The Dolomites' area surprises for the variety of
its dishes. Regions such as Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli
Venezia Giulia, have ancient kitchen traditions and were able to
reinterpret old dishes transforming in very gourmet delicacy. You
can taste a mix of Ladina, venetian, Mediterranean and South Tyrol
cooking that will involve and conquer even the most demanding
palates!
Our first proposal is the Gourmet Restaurant Stube
Hermitage in Madonna di Campiglio, in the
Bio-hotel Hermitage. Giacomino Maffei, the chef, has been able to
achieve many awards in Italy. The service offered is perfect and
also the position and the landscape, this restaurant is located in
heart of Natural Park Adamello Brenta.
In Asiago,
surrounded by woods and unspoiled nature, there is the
Restaurant "Maddarello da Riccardo". The
restaurant is pretty and familiar. Here you can eat traditional and
seasons' dishes like Asiago cheese, asparagus and muschrooms.
Latest proposal: "Restaurant Seppila" in
Tesido, Pustertal
Valley, where you can eat good food, surrounded by a
traditional decor. Outside the restaurant an enclosure with pigs,
wild boar and ostrich!
