A hot tip: the skiing area Civetta

Gröden, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Alta Badia, Marmolada - those are the most famous skiing areas of the Dolomites. But you needn't forget about Civetta! Civetta is situated south from Cortina d'Ampezzo. And one thing is for sure: it is not less impressing than the ski areas named beforehand!

There is only one difference that makes it even better! It is an absolute insider tip, so you have the 80 km of slopes mostly for yourself.

The impressing 3,168 m high Mount Monte Pelmo towers into the sky over the skiing area. The Monte Pelmo and the Civetta are two of the most beautiful mountains in the Eastern Dolomites. Skiing in the area of Civetta means skiing with breathtaking panoramic views over the Mount Marmolada, the Sella Group and the Northwest Face of the Mount Civetta. Amazing!

There are 80 km of slopes around the Mt. Civetta. Most of the slopes are easy. Some of the medium difficult slopes are well suited for carving. The Civetta Skiarena makes part of the DolomitiSuperski Association: with one ski pass it's possible to ski here and on 500 more kilometers of slopes in the DolomitiSuperski area.

We recommend the skiing area Civetta especially to nature lovers and families. You won't find overfilled slopes and beginners and children have enough space to really learn skiing!
