Hiking on Mount Adamello
Access: by car, from Tione take the Val Rendena to Pinzolo, then
Carisolo, then left for the Val di Genova. From the parking , just
beyond the refuge Bedole is held on the path on the left, on
the road along the river Sarca. After, the path n 241 will take you
to the Malga Matarot Lower at 1790 m. From here you climb along the
broad valley until you get against the rocks slightly to the right.
You start to climb along the wire cable paying attention to the
ice.
Go on in the Vedretta Lobbie valley. You still have to climb
three small ledges with some 300 vertical meters to see the
glacier. By holding the right you reach the High Pass Lobbie, at
3045 m. Here there is the shelter where you stay for the night.
On the second day, only with good weather, from the refuge, down
slightly diagonally on the glacier, until the lower limit of the
ridge that descends from the top of Cresta Cross.
Continue on the glacier (Vedretta dell 'Adamello). Passing
under the Corno Bianco, paying attention to the crevices of the
Pian di Neve, go on to the top of Monte Falcone on the right.
From here, walk, climb the final section, not difficult but not
be underestimated. The top offers you a unique view. Descent on the
same path.
