Nature Park Adamello-Brenta: Adamello-Brenta-Trail

The Adamello-Brenta-Trail is a challenging trail for expert and fit mountain bikers. Whoever wants to make the trail has to have good technical skills!

The tour starts in Dimaro in Val di Sole Valley. Passing by the village Carciato you will come to Senasega. Turn to the left and take the dirt track to the forest, then turn to the right, cross the Meledrio brook and follow the forest track until you cross the brook again. Here you have to pass a steep ascent before you reach a road junction. Take the trial to Pont del Pastin - Campo Carlo Magno, cross a tunnel and cycle to the water fall. There follow the trail to the mountain pasture Malga Preson.

Arrived there you take the dirt track on the right until you reach another road junction. Take the tricky trail in direction of Campo Carlo Magno. After some turns you reach the road 239 Madonna di Campiglio-Dimaro. Don't follow it but turn to the left, cross the Meledrio brook again and cycle to the mountain pasture Malga Mondifrà. From there you coast down and turning to right you come to a single trail leading to Passo Campo Carlo Pass. Arrived on the pass follow the road 239 on the right to come to the village Rio Falzè and then to the mountain pasture Malga Darè, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Brenta Dolomites.

After a short break you have to take the tricky single trail to the mountain pasture Malga Dimaro (1,662 m above sea level) and there the dirt track on the left to reach the mountain pasture Malghet Haut. Then you go on to the Refuge Orso Bruno and on a steep and rocky road down to the Panciana mountain lodge and to Marilleva. Following the country road for about 1 km you come to the mountain pasture Malga Mestriago and to the mountain pasture Malga di Almazzago. Passing the village Costa Rotain you will finally come back to Dimaro, the starting point of this rewarding mountain bike tour through the Brenta Dolomites in Trentino.
